The award-winning and internationally renowned South Korean composer, professor of composition at the University of Texas, will present her work at the Department of Music Studies on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 18:00 in the foyer of the building. Sungji Hong is one of this year’s recipients of the Guggenheim Fellowship as well as the Charles Ives Fellowship of the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
