The Secretariat is available to students every day during the hour 12:00-13:00.

Issue of certificates

Certificates can be issued each day without a written request. The certificates for use abroad are issued three days after the student's request.

Certificates for graduates are granted upon request and payment of a cash fee to a branch of Piraeus Bank on the ground floor of the Administration building at the university campus, on the date of handing over the receipt to the Secretariat.

For the convenience of those who apply for copies of diplomas and certificates and reside or are located outside the region of Thessaloniki, a Piraeus Bank account has been opened under the number


Applicants must fill out the deposition form with their exact personal information, such as name, father's name, the School and the subject of the request.

Electronic services

Students can learn their score online (greek) and they can also submit applications for all types of certificates, using the online services portal of AUTH (greek).
